Insurance billing is managed through our affiliated clinic, Boulder Center for TMS.

 

Laure Liverman, PMHNP and Kristina Meginley, PMHNP are in-network with take Medicare, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Anthem/BlueCrossBlueShield. Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your copay, coinsurance, and deductible. Dr. Aal does not take insurance.

 

For Cash Pay/Self Pay:
The initial evaluation is 299$. After your evaluation, we will discuss whether 15 min or 30 min follow-ups are better for your situation. For Dr. Aal, 15 min follow-ups are 99$ and 30 min follow-ups are 199$. For Laure Liverman and Kristina Meginley, 15 min follow-ups are 89$ and 30 min follow-ups are 175$.

Please note that we do charge for cancellations within 24 hours as our spots are limited and short notice cancellations prevent other patients from being seen.
